Common questions
Does my child need an account?
No. The account belongs to the adult. Children never sign in.
What do you store?
Your email and password with Supabase, your entitlement, and a Stripe customer id. Nothing about the child. Progress stays in the browser.
Does it work offline?
The Academy file does, once loaded. Fonts and the engine are embedded.
Is this construction advice?
No. It verifies educational geometry and arithmetic. It does not certify structural adequacy, code compliance, electrical or plumbing work, or a life-safety design.
Can two children share it?
Yes — one household. Progress is per device and browser.
Can I cancel?
Yearly access is cancelled from your account page, which opens the card processor’s portal. Access continues through the paid term. A one-payment plan never renews.
How do refunds work?
Support and refund handling is being set up before checkout opens.
